Job Summary

The HST I provides inventory procurement, asset management, distribution and logistics services for pre-release consumer electronics across the globe. We will equip you with everything you need to know to support our devices, as well as the skills you’ll need as a future IT innovator. We are seeking motivated professionals eager to grow with a well established company for a rewarding and lucrative career in IT.

This position reports to the HST Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory and asset processing of new hardware Flash devices to new software image Document all defects of pre-mass production hardware and software Procure disposition for end of life devices Perform device returns with functionality testing Keep track of inventory with weekly cycle count scans Deliver pre-release devices to users and distribution locations  

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent practical experience Comfortable following technical instructions Ability to work well in a team environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration Ability to work on a team with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years relevant IT experience including inventory processing and deploying laptops/desktops Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, Applied Networking, or any other applicable technical degrees or equivalent experience Strong customer service, organizational, communication, leadership background Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
