Description Our client is looking to add a resource to their depot team. This team is responsible for triaging and troubleshooting any hardware in a location that was not able to get fixed via the Service Desk remotely. Associates will call the Service desk and then the tickets will get routed to the Depot team. From there, this team will build out new hardware for locations (mobile devices, tablets, PCs), ship them to a store location, have the stores send back the old equipment. The old equipment will need to be triaged for future deployments. This resource will also need to work within Excel to ensure that the equipment was shipped to the right store location and track the hardware that was shipped. This team will have several projects on the horizon including terminals and workstations that are coming end of life in 2025.
