This individual contributor role will be a key participant in the Product Realization Process as part of the Test Engineering Team. Principal Responsibilities: + Responsible for thermal qualification testing of all Lancaster Video Systems products + Create test plans and reports + Conduct corrosion testing on products/sample parts + Maintain lab equipment, supply inventory, and a neat working environment in the thermal test lab + Conduct annual calibration of thermal test lab equipment + Perform shock and vibration testing + Actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives **_This role requires in-office presence; candidates must live within a commutable distance to Lancaster, PA site.
