Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Upselling: Promote specials and activities, and upsell additional items to enhance guests' experience and increase revenue. Maintaining Standards: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations, in accordance with health and safety regulations. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with performers, and other team members to ensure seamless service and a memorable experience for guests. Upscale Presentation: Uphold the elegant and sophisticated atmosphere of the village through professional appearance, whimsical demeanor, and communication. Other tasks as needed: It's essential that our helpers not only perform the tasks needed to run the shops but also embrace the spirit of the holidays, bringing a sense of excitement and fantasy to work each day.Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and provide exceptional service. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. A positive attitude, outgoing personality, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences to guests.Schedule: This position requires flexibility in scheduling and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the village's operating hours and special events. This opportunity offers part-time and full-time hours.
