Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, online inquiries, and follow up with potential customers. Make outbound calls to leads from marketing campaigns, past customers, and service inquiries. Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and promotions to guide them in their purchasing decisions. Provide accurate pricing estimates and assist in scheduling in-home consultations with field sales or technicians when necessary. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to drive repeat business. Follow up on open proposals and leads to ensure a high conversion rate. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and update customer records. Collaborate with field sales, service technicians, and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Stay up to date on HVAC products, financing options, rebates, and industry trends.Qualifications:
Previous inside sales, call center, or customer service experience (HVAC, home services, or related industry preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively. Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of HVAC systems and services is a plus, but training will be provided. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Apply
