We have an opening in our IT department in Hawarden, IA for a PC Support Specialist.\n

Job Responsibilities:\n\nConfigure and support in-house computer systems, software and peripherals. First responders to help desk issues and work with second-level support as needed.\nInstall and configure the network, PC hardware, and software.\nTroubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate fashion.\nProvide end-user assistance where required.\nInvestigate new tools and research new technologies.\nSuggest changes to improve user experience and company asset utilization.\n\n

Job Requirements:\n\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows in a network environment.\nKnowledge of all facets of PC and Laptop hardware.\nGood communication and customer service skills.\nAttention to detail is a must.\nKnowledge of Linux, IBM Client Access, and MS SQL database applications is a plus.\n\n
