TRS Staffing Solutions is a part of Fluor Group and Fluor Corporation (Antwerp Office) is looking for a HAZOP Chairman for its HAZOP/HAZID meetings. This position is an on-call, short-term position (hourly, daily or weekly contract). Key Responsibilities: Lead HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies including LOPA and SIL for various (EPC) projects within the oil, gas, metals & mining, chemical and petrochemical sector. Facilitate HAZOP meetings, ensuring effective participation and contribution from all team members. Identify potential hazards and operability issues and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. Prepare and review HAZOP reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on HAZOP-related matters.
Qualifications: In possession of EU nationality/work permit (NO sponsorship available) In possession of EU valid driving license Master's degree in chemical engineering Minimum 10 Years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in process safety. Minimum 5 Years of proven experience in leading HAZOP studies. HAZOP leader certification. Proven experience with the following HSE in design concepts: -LOPA/SIL Study

-Fire protection Design
-Hazardous Area Classification
-Dispersion Calculation Fluency English and preferably Dutch language. Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with local industry standards and regulations. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
