岗位职责:
1.所分配网点的业务开拓及业务目标达成
2.培训和辅导银行网点人员销售公司产品
3.提高银行人员销售品质,对银行人员的销售资质进行管理
4.单证交接、初审及资料配送等
5.提供咨询、问题件处理、售前售后服务等
6.追踪确保保单回执回收
7.对于电话回访不成功件,配合进行跟踪回访,确保客户信息准确
8.协助后援部门处理客户投诉
9.遵守公司各项规章制度,参加规定的各种会议和培训,按规定填写各类活动管理工具
