As an MTB Assembly Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving manufacturing processes, materials and equipment, coordinate equipment/material procurement and qualify and implement new process, equipment and materials. You will also coordinate training requirements and conduct training. For engineering supervisor, you will manage, develop and provide feedback on employee performance as well as allocate staffing and monitor staff. ​

Responsibilities and Tasks:​
• Evaluate and Improve Assigned Assembly Manufacturing Processes, Materials, and/or Equipment​
• Evaluate Future Process, Equipment and/or Material Technologies​
• Coordinate Equipment and/or Material Procurement​

• Qualify New Process, Equipment and/or Material​

• Coordinate Training Requirements and Conduct Training​
• Implement New Process, Equipment and/or Material ​

• Coordinate Training Requirements and Conduct Training​

Requirement:​
• Ability to handle the Wafer mount, Debond, Dicing, Reflow, Wafer inspection, Wafer Mold.​

• Understand the tool installation, setup and buyoff procedure​

• Preferred to have over 5-year of working experiences in production line or engineer/equipment background.​
• Conversation English with TOEIC 600 scores.​
• Understand the tool signal is prefer, such as SVID, CEID, ECID...etc​

• Understand to handle the FDC analysis and improve is prefer​

• English: ability to communicate for discussion with supplier and global team​
