We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) Product Manager to join a group of high performing team members that shapes the business success of Micron Technology Inc. in the AI application space.

As a Product Manager (P4/P5) at Micron Technology, Inc. in the AI Solutions Group, you will be responsible in ensuring aligned technical collaboration between the internal cross functional teams to maintain business execution excellence of the HBM product portfolio. You will collaborate directly with internal technical teams to generate and maintain product collaterals/specifications and documentation while driving internal discussions to ensure manufacturing sample shipment deadlines are met. Your work will be critical in ensuring timely ramp to revenue, and continued management of HBM business through to the end of life (EOL).

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with internal teams, relaying the product requirements and ensuring execution towards successful high volume production is achieved.Develop, streamline and maintain a systematic SOP on HBM business enablement, ensuring technical documentation and collaterals/specifications are well organized.Manage sample supply execution plan with internal manufacturing, delegating with internal teams to continuously maintain Micron’s HBM sample profile.Distill and deliver key product technical specifications requirement information from the enablement team to support in creating an internal product launch dashboard.Develop and continually optimize existing internal business cases involving HBM to meet business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years overall experience in the field of semiconductor manufacturing.Masters degree in engineering.At least 2 years of experience in product management.Experience in advanced packaging and/or heterogeneous integration preferred.Experienced in presenting/communicating technical material.Experience in the field of artificial intelligence systems preferred.Experience in close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams spanning across multiple disciplines in semiconductor manufacturing (front to back end).Good, clear English communication skills.Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
