Complete Description:
The consultant will provide support for the development of documentation and artifacts required as part of the Affordable Care Act State Exchange implementation. The consultant will work closely with the DCAS project team to ensure the District’s system and applications comply with Center for Medicaid and Medicate Services (CMS) standards and implementation guidelines. The consultant will assess and document of achievements by Affordable Care Act early innovator states to support the District implementation. Additionally, the consultant will be engaged in design and validation of the DCAS infrastructure for all federal data interfaces including but not limited to: federal data hub, PARIS, New Hires, and others.
