Performing outbound calls to insurance companies (in the US) to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables Analyzing medical insurance claims for quality assurance Resolving moderately routine questions following pre-established guidelines Review remittance and action the claim for solution towards payment. Resolve unpaid and denied claims as per client SOP’s. Attending meetings and in-service training to enhance Accounts Receivable knowledge, compliance skills, and maintenance of credentials. Maintaining patient confidentiality.
