HCA & PAP Manager

In the future, we will accelerate the launch of more than 10 innovative medicines to meet the demand of Chinese patients. **Job Responsibilities** - Lead China healthcare affairs (HCA) strategy and plan development to shape a favorable policy environment at pharma industry level, and important therapeutics areas / disease areas that related to BI portfolios. - Provide China healthcare insights, develop China HCA plan and lead HCA activity execution for BI key assets during company’s annual business planning cycles, such as Corporate Integrated Business Plan (IBP), China Integrated Customer Plan (ICP), and Launch Readiness Review (LRR) etc. - Keep good communication with corporate healthcare affairs and healthcare system (HCA & HCS) team on important HCA topics, bridging global resource and requests, delivering China voice & business needs, and localizing global projects in China market. - Keep good collaboration with China asset teams, cross-functions, and HAMA internal teams to provide professional HCA inputs, align HCA strategy and execute HCA activities to support HP business. - Maintain relationship with external partners and conduct early stakeholder engagement with China important policy stakeholders to conduct policy advocacy, including gov’t think-tanks, industry associations, academic institutions etc., - Monitor external healthcare and pharmaceutical policies continuously, conduct systematic policy mapping, analysis and develop industry level /disease areas level policy reports for management team reference and internal team sharing. **Qualifications** - Education Background: Master's degree in medical, pharma, biology, public health, public policy, economics and management etc. majors. Healthcare background/ MBA is preferred. - Working Background: 5-8 years working experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies, policy affairs, government affairs, market access etc. background is preferred. - Execution Experience: Fast learning ability and agility to healthcare policy trends and healthcare environment changes and turn out into business insights. - Project Management: Well business acumen and excellent project management experience. - Team-work Spirit: Strong capability to drive cross-teams collaboration & communication. - Language Capability: Excellent oral and written English abilities.
