HCM Coordinator II
Job Description
The Human Capital Management (HCM) Coordinator II supports the implementation of the Workday enterprise management software into the organization by assisting users with learning the system, utilizing the functions of the system, and providing security support as needed. This position collaborates with the People Applications and the People and Culture teams to support the strategic implementation of Workday into the Company's business processes.
Responsibilities Understand proper use, storage and transmission of sensitive employee data and actively participate in system data quality compliance activities.Respond to Workday related emails.Assist with Workday security support as needed.Assist with Workday data loads and other system configurations as needed.Provide assistance to end users, as needed.Assist with Workday report building as needed.Work with multiple work streams, integration teams, and business units to ensure cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.Understand latest business objectives and translate them to system requirements for systems supported by People Applications.Review and participate in functional and regression testing for all system fixes, upgrades and other systems maintenance including bi-annual Workday releases and new system features.Perform audits of various data to ensure data integrity and efficient processing of HCM data.Assist with testing, validating, and implementing business processes, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives across all workstreams.Help support Workday organizational maintenance.Assist with the review of Workday (or other vendor) releases and product roadmaps to identify opportunities to leverage new features and functionality to improve and support business objectives.Coordinate communications, demos and assist with creating training as needed to effectively bring change-impacted groups through the change with minimal business impact.Other duties and projects, as assigned.Coordinate Workday information updates on SharePoint.Coordinate testing for configurations, including persona information.Configure low to medium risk functionality.Complete moderate level Enterprise Interface Business (EIB) integrations.
Requirements

Other Details
Work Hours:Generally, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.Compensation:This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
