**Key Responsibilities:**
The **HR Project Management Lead Senior Manager** is responsible for co-managing the Human Capital Management implementation project alongside the Systems Integrator (SI) Partner Project Manager. This role will serve as the key tactical partner to the overall program delivery lead. This role ensures effective coordination, execution, and governance to deliver the program on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
+ **Project Management Oversight:** Develop, manage, and maintain the project plan across all workstreams. Monitor project progress, milestones, and risks, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables. Resolve core team issues, escalating unresolved items to the Steering Committee as needed.
+ **Governance and Reporting:** Co-deliver regular status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Evaluate and manage deadlines, ensuring work remains on the critical path. Review and validate key project decisions to minimize deviations.
+ **Coordination and Team Support:** Oversee day-to-day project activities across all workstreams. Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Staff project tasks to support HR, technical, and functional teams.
**Qualifications**
**What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):**
+ 7+ years of related experience
+ Proven experience managing large, complex projects, preferably HCM technology implementations.
+ Strong project management expertise, including proficiency with tools like MS Project or equivalent PM software.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues quickly.
+ Exceptional organizational and governance skills to manage deadlines, reporting, and milestones effectively.
+ Skilled communicator with the ability to deliver concise updates and facilitate discussions with senior leadership.
+ Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and leadership.
+ Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices for enterprise-level projects.

The base pay range for this role is $124,735.00 to $169,950.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
