Duties: * Facilitate project chartering, drive alignment, and set expectations * Define, baseline, maintain and communication schedules * Create and manage cost budgets and estimates, and track and communicate actuals on a defined cadence * Proactively drive identification and assessment of risks; Drive appropriate risk responses and ensure closure * Support teams to resolve issues with urgency and quality * Develop and execute an effective change control process * Establish a project governance structure appropriate for project size * Teach, advocate and coach others on the use and benefit of project management competencies and skillsets * Optimize the framework and tools by providing continuous improvement * Ensure readiness, sustainability and value realization metrics are in place * Have a defined resource plan with clear roles and responsibilities * Manage vendor and third-party partners * Ensure project status updates are clear, concise, timely and accurate * Facilitate and lead effective meetings; Create and deliver effective written and verbal communication * Perform conflict resolution and negotiation in a professional manner
