What youll do Position titleCommercial Sales Support for SAP BTP Early Career Talent Location Bogota, Colombia Duration Temporary role up to 2 years In this role, youll As a member of the global BTP Commercial Office team you will get the opportunity to contribute to SAPs success supporting sales engagement in EMEA, MEE, APJ, NA, LATAM, and GCN regions. Our team is closely collaborating with local Commercial colleagues, Sales, Pricing and Revenue Recognition teams across the regions. The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be Process customer quotes for smaller opportunities and completing the required paperwork for SAP Business Technology Platform sales Support BTP sales transactions via SAP Store Review deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of quotations Guide and advise our internal customers on approval and contracting requirements Prepare contractual documents from template, drafting legal language for deal specifics Collaborate with the field on pricing and packaging issues and trigger respective improvements Expedite adoption of special sales programs and promotions to maximize revenue opportunity Comply with operational procedures e.g., for sales, delivery, financial and legal requirements Act as an advisor for SAP policies. Use SAP technology for reporting, monitoring and managing deals and other transactions end to end Contribute ideas to drive automation, standardization and process improvements What you bring Education Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelors or associate degree Preferably not exceeding 2 years from graduation Requirements and Experience Fluent written and spoken English C1 or higher another language Spanishis a plus Good command of MS Office Excel, Word and Outlook Experience in using CRM systems is a plus Ability to prioritize and find solutions to business challenges Strong follow-up skills, proactive mindset and "can do" attitude Ability to work under pressure About the team SAP BTP Commercial Office is a global team within SAP BTP Customer Success organization. We provide a one-stop shop experience for all commercial questions regarding SAP Business Technology Platform portfolio for all SAP sales teams. We focus on supporting and proactively driving pricing and packaging discussions on the strategic level in line with our GTM strategy. We help improve deal execution via Q2C improvements, Policy improvements and Promotions.
