Through interactive pre-sales discoveries, you will analyze an organization's needs and demonstrate how our Enterprise Applications can address the customer’s requirements and solve their strategic business concerns. About the Role

弊社のソリューションコンサルタントは、プリセールスチームの一員としてテクニカルな面から営業活動をサポートし、推進していくソリューション・コンサルタントを募集しています。最新の人事、タレントマネージメント、教育、採用、報酬、福利厚生機能を備えたソリューションがもつ独自性を余すところなく伝えることができる創造性と情熱に満ち、人を惹きつける魅力をお持ちのテクニカル・セールス経験者を求めています。主な業務内容は次のとおりです。

■ さまざまな顧客にSaaSの価値を伝え、ユーザー層の拡大を目指すこと
■ 顧客の要件を理解した上で、人事制度、ソリューションのデザイン/デモを行う
■ レガシーERPシステムと比較したアーキテクチャの優位性を訴求すること
■ 製品の責任分野について、機能設計、製品ロードマップ、および開発の進捗状況に関するフィードバックを提供する自社の製品分野に関して継続的な学習をし、知識を向上させる
■ セミナー、展示会、およびWEBセミナーでマーケティングを支援する
■ アナリスト/企業の訪問時に発表し、次世代のHCM Cloudソリューションを紹介する

About You

【必須(MUST)】

弊社のセールスチームの一員となりソリューション・コンサルタントとして働くためには、給与・人事ソフトウェアのナレッジと業界での経験に加え、顧客の心をつかむ卓越したプレゼンテーション能力が求められます。弊社ソリューションのもつ機能優位性やテクノロジーについて解説し、差別化を図るためには次のような経験や能力が必要です。

■4年以上のソフトウェアのプリセールス経験
■もしくは3年以上の給与、人事、LMS又はタレントマネージメント・ソフトウェア経験
■経営層、IT、人事管理者に対してもプレゼンテーションが出来る能力
■ソリューションの機能に限らず、組織全体へポジティブな改善を提案できるバリューセリング能力
■顧客のニーズを認識し、そこから販売機会を見出す能力
■文章や会話でのコミュニケーションに支障のないビジネスレベルの英語力
■プレッシャーのかかる環境でも他者と協調出来る能力
■チームプレーヤーであると同時に、自ら率先して行動できること

Responsibilities/Experience/Skills/Education:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting role
- Or experience presenting Administrative computing solutions in front of a technical and business audience
- Strong technical and functional experience
- Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects
- Expertise knowledge of Administrative systems around HR and Payroll
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong Bilingual (Japanese and English) verbal and written communication skills. 
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Team player, with strong self-starter attitude.
