Responsible for end-to-end HCM processes, maintaining employee record and executing updates for employees and contingent workers with accuracy of data management.Manage other administrative tasks as part of the daily operations.Handle employee concerns and foster a strong and positive customer experience in an efficient and highly satisfactory manner.Participate in testing activities, identify, and raise issues to ensure seamless deployment of system changes.Document processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure that knowledge base is up to date.Update or create training materials depending on the needs and train new members.Provide end-user support, T2 troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on system functionality.Ensure data integrity and accuracy of the data by performing validation checks.Develop and maintain reports, dashboard and analytics to provide insights into metrics and trends.Lead or participate in projects related to operations, implementation of ideas and process optimizations.
