JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Develop external/internal communication strategies in collaboration with all stakeholders.
Creates messages that inform, educate, or persuade customers about certain goods and services.
Play a representative role to medical societies for company’s sponsored events to promote our products and services.
Enhance engagement with JADEC CDE and KOLs to play Speaker’s role at Abbott’s sponsored events.
Develop marketing materials to ensure the brand strategy, message and positioning.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating detailed product requirements, customer stories.
Plan and Develop contents for field force to help them communicate with the HCPs in an innovative and an effective way.
Develop effective and easy to use marketing tools including via CRM to drive customer demand.
Create hospital channel initiatives for engagement with KOLs, endocrinologists, diabetologists and allied health care professionals.
Execute the marketing plans based on doctor segmentation model by close coordination with the field force and other related functions like medical affairs including MSLs.
Create and execute an overall Scientific conference including webinars participation plan.
Monitor and analyze market situation and customer needs/issues, lead the HCP market research in corporation with marketing strategy.
Develop accurate forecast for the HCP initiatives and manage the expenses as planned.
Have good competitive intelligence and be the expert on market developments.
Support head of HCP marketing to create overall HCP strategies and plans for mid to long term.
Tracking KPIs to ensure execution of the marketing plan.
Consult with OEC to abide by Abbott’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics regulation as well as the industry law and local law.
Ensure regular communication to and from field force for matters of execution and reporting.
MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED
Accomplishment skills by penetrating key messages via initiatives based on the marketing plan.
Proven leadership skills with an ability to set an objective, KPIs, and contents of the initiatives based on the marketing plan.
Ability to change behavior as well as excellent project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven relationship management skills in working with internal and external stakeholders on inquiries, sensitive strategic issues.
Delivering achieved results by building one team spirit with related stakeholders and developing overall capability of team.
KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION REQUIRED
Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree *Communication / Language majors preferable
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales (healthcare/medical/ pharma experience preferred)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing or Marketing communications.
