This role will be 4 days in office and 1 day virtual, based in Colmar PA. Internship will begin in late May 2025 and continue for 10-12 weeks.  Primary Duties + Support the Body SBU team with special projects.  Projects to be identified closer to the start date based on business needs. + Identify ROI, Process Improvements, and work with Engineering and Supply Chain Teams  + Must successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously to transition products from development into production. + Other duties as assigned Qualifications + Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, resourceful, and work well in a cross-functional team environment. + Must be able to develop relationships and initiate, communicate, and take actions to resolve issues both internally and externally. + Physical Requirement: Capability to lift 20 pounds. + Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen.
