Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead a team of data analysts and BI specialists to deliver key metrics across all business lines and functions. Develop talent to increase data-analytics maturity. Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards in a scalable, user-friendly business intelligence (BI) environment, with high degree of availability and data accuracy. Drive a data-driven culture by increasing adoption of business intelligence and metrics tools. Manage BI tools and architecture, planning for current and future needs. Generate insights and present findings to business and functional teams using intuitive data visualization.
