About the Role

You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: conceptualize, prioritize requests and requirements from multiple internal and external stakeholders, and drive product development through close interaction with actuarial and finance team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of products focused on the needs of the market.

Define and conduct market research to gain better understanding about user needs and behavior.

Gather information and data from multiple sources (partners, talents, vendors, regulatory departments, etc.), develop insights, and translate findings into action.

Define and establish the product vision, goals, supporting business metrics, and success indicators.

Drive large-scale projects, working cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders to guarantee a smooth and efficient product delivery.

Drive customer adoption and engagement; leverage analytical tools and customer feedback for insight driven initiatives.

Communicate regularly with senior leadership on status, risks and change control.

Minimum Job Requirements:

More than 5 years of relevant work experience into product management, product development, most preferably on financial services.

Detail oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues.

Proven ability to handle communication with multiple stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to achieve work objectives both independently and as a leader/mentor of a work team.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from concept through release

Demonstrated ability to be responsible for processes applied within a regulated industry.
