Head Barista

The Head Barista will play a vital role in enhancing the Guest experience across our restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafes. You will lead with expertise and passion to deliver exceptional food, beverage, and culinary experiences that consistently exceed our Guests' expectations.

What will I be doing?

\n

As the Head Barista, you will uphold the highest quality standards for food and beverage operations within our hotel’s bar and café areas. Working closely with your team, you will ensure a high-quality service experience through the following tasks:

\n\nUse your barista skills to prepare high-quality coffee and beverages while staying updated on industry trends.\nDeliver warm, friendly, and efficient service to create memorable experiences for every guest.\nHandle the preparation and serving of High Tea, including managing reservations and providing attentive service to guests.\nUnderstand menu content, including any changes and promotional activities.\nMaintain the highest standards of hygiene, organization, and stock levels in the bar area.\nCollaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.\nAnticipate guest needs and provide accurate information about the hotel and local area.\nPay close attention to details, such as clean glassware and spotless tables, to ensure a flawless guest experience.\nFollow all health, safety, and hygiene policies and be familiar with hotel emergency procedures.\n
