Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Bartender to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the Head Bartender, you will lead our bar operations, create innovative cocktails, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Oversee bar operations, ensuring excellence in drink preparation and customer serviceDevelop and maintain an innovative cocktail menu aligned with our brand conceptLead, train, and mentor the bar team, fostering a collaborative environmentManage inventory, including stock control, ordering, and cost managementEnsure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulationsStay current with global mixology trends and implement innovative techniquesCoordinate with the kitchen team to ensure harmonious food and beverage pairingsResolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionallyParticipate in industry events and competitions to enhance the bar's reputation and stay connected with the mixology communityEnsure proper maintenance and cleanliness of bar equipment and work areas

 

QualificationsMinimum 5 years of bartending experience, including 2+ years in a leadership roleExceptional mixology skills with extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktailsStrong leadership abilities with experience in training and mentoring bar staffExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentProven track record in creating innovative cocktail menus and managing bar operationsProficiency in inventory management, cost control, and bar equipment maintenanceIn-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and current beverage trends
