A Head Bartender leads the bar team in delivering memorable guest experiences, ensures brand service standards are met to the highest quality, and plays a key role in the creation of drinks menus.

What will I be doing?

As a Head Bartender, you will be responsible for engaging our guests during their visit, overseeing the performance of the bar team, and supporting the development of creative beverage offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Lead by example in delivering excellent guest service at the barTrain, coach, and mentor bartenders to ensure consistency in skills, knowledge, and service standardsContribute to the design, creation, and implementation of seasonal and signature drinks menusReceive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely mannerCreate and serve a wide range of beverages including classic cocktails, signature creations, beer, wine, and soft drinksMaintain strong knowledge of menu content, upcoming changes, and promotional activitiesOversee the cleanliness, organisation, and readiness of the bar area at all timesEnsure the proper settlement of all customer accounts efficiently and accuratelySupport and motivate the bar team to consistently achieve service excellenceAnswer guest queries in a polite, professional, and helpful manner
