Ensuring culinary operations are aligned with the Corporate Strategy and implementing relevant Hotel Actions.Ensuring all guest-facing culinary colleagues consistently deliver on the brand promise and provide exceptional service.Maximizing team productivity through multi-skilling, multi-tasking, and flexible scheduling to meet financial goals and guest expectations.Assisting in the preparation of the annual Food and Beverage business plan.Supporting the creation, utilization, and ongoing update of an Annual Marketing Plan, with breakdowns as needed by department.Ensuring the Culinary Departments respond to Consumer Audit results and implement necessary changes.About Andaz London Liverpool Street
