The Meadowbrook School of Weston, a pre-kindergarten through 8th grade school located in Weston, MA, is seeking a Head Coach for Middle School Girls Junior Varsity Basketball (grades 6-8) for the winter season. The ideal candidate will inspire students to enhance their athletic skills, promote teamwork, and foster a love for sports. The season begins December 3, 2024 and runs until February 21, 2025. Practices are held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00pm-4:20pm. Games are played on Wednesdays and Fridays (if no game, then practice). Qualifications: + Strong knowledge of basketball and related skills + Previous experience coaching at the middle school or high school level preferred + Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes + A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all students + Evening and weekend hours may be required for practices and games + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Powered by JazzHR
