Masters The Head Coach of Volleyball requires all functions usually associated with an intercollegiate athletics program in volleyball. The coach will report to the Director of Athletics, bound by the university and the athletic department's mission statements. Candidates should be prepared to teach within the Division of Exercise and Sport Science/or take on additional athletics-related responsibilities as assigned.

Plan, organize, and supervise the Women’s Volleyball program. Set forth desired goals for the program. Coaching techniques and strategies for volleyball.
Including but not limited to off-season and pre-season conditioning programs, fundraising, and public relations. Coordinate recruiting student-athletes with the ability and potential, athletically and academically, to achieve success at WBU. In that sense, the Coach serves as a recruiting officer of the University, attracting students to participate in the programs. Adhere to all policies and procedures of the NAIA and the Sooner Athletic Conference. Monitor the team’s academic performance. Scheduling of games and related events. Recommend a preliminary budget for the upcoming season. Ensure that budgeted revenues and expenses are not exceeded. Event preparations for Campus and community relations.
