Duties and Responsibilities: + Design menus that enhance customers culinary experience while keeping up high quality + Submit proposals recipes with complete ingredients ratio and proportions for menu items with reasonable costs + Provide feedback regarding the quality of bulk purchases + Ensures that all food preparation is in accordance with regulatory guidelines + Design standardized food presentation guidelines for each dish + Monitor inventory levels of commonly used items + Train and manage staff about proper kitchen sanitation methods + Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee Qualifications to be successful in the role: + Minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef or head cook in a Filipino restaurant + Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff + Adherence to food safety regulations and best practices + Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks + Skill in various cooking methods and techniques + Willing to work in Subic Bay Freeport Zone Why Planate?
