+ Channel Management
+ 3P (AFC,ISR, MERC, NA) deployment, engagement, training & development
+ Driving productivity & efficiency
+ Defining & driving trade KPIs in close co-ordination with Sales, Brand & Comex team
+ Driving Trade projects & Initiatives such as
+ Cost Leadership Program
+ Distributor Governance Board
+ Product Transition
+ Automation Integration & BI
+ New channel opportunity identification and strategy development.
+ Driving Sales Automation Systems & Process
+ Mobility
+ DMS
+ HO & Regional control
+ Driving sales formats & process uniformity and maintain Trade Sales & distribution data repository
+ Supporting Demand team for NPI/Promo/Constraint SKU or brand stock forecast for Pre-S&OP closure
+ Representing the Trade function in Brand or Category board meetings
+ Developing & Executing Trade Field Activation Monthly Plans
