The role of Delivery Management is to ensure professional service delivery platforms for our external and internal customers and is creating synergies out of common topics in Asia Pacific region for GBS. This comprises creating efficiency as well as ensuring a high level of quality, innovation and harmonization across all our service deliveries.
In addition to these core responsibilities, complex initiatives and optimization projects are being driven by this role to drive excellence, scale solutions, streamline processes, and improve transparency both regionally and globally.

You’ll make a difference by:
Execute delivery management roadmap and ensure efficient operations incl. local footprint optimization, in line with the strategy.Provide tools, methodology and support to enable excellent service delivery across business lines in the location.Create synergies out of common topics relevant to all business lines to ensure the required level of quality, consistency and harmonization and to create efficiency for the organization.Drive operational excellence with a focus on Quality Management, external certifications as well as on competency and knowledge management.Secures ISO and other certification(s) by determining the right organizational model for quality management and by implementing mechanisms to address the most critical issues proactively throughout the entire organization.Coordinates and directs all efforts of the organization related to Business Continuity Management and Risk Management.The role is part of the global organization for quality and operational excellence to drive the implementation of lean delivery management framework and global standards; to leverage global platforms and tools, to share best practices and drive continual improvement.Use your skills to move the world forward.
You bring leading edge knowledge and experience in the following areas: Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Service Management, Quality Management, and Program Management.You are a Leader with a vision and purpose.You enjoy working with and developing top talent in your space.You are familiar with global delivery and collaboration models.You are excellent in communication and influencing skills.
