Then come and join our global team as Head (f/m/d) of Strategy and Innovation Computed Tomography. This role includes responsibility for the definition of an actionable overall Computed Tomography (CT) long-term strategy, as well as the lead of key initiatives in cross-functional teams. *This role requires residency close to Forchheim/Erlangen or frequent travel to the office*
Your tasks and responsibilities:Strategic Vision & Planning: You will lead the development of the business line’s strategy by analyzing market trends and competitive dynamics to drive informed decision-making, with a strong emphasis on customer and patient focus Cross-Functional Alignment: You collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of strategic plans throughout the organizationStrategic Project Leadership: You will lead key strategic projects essential for advancing our business objectives, overseeing them from initiation to successful implementationStrategy Communication: You will utilize and refine the CT strategy as a communication tool to effectively convey its impact and support the organization in understanding and aligning with strategic goalsInnovation Leadership: You will organize and lead the innovation process in collaboration with R&D, while actively contributing to fostering an innovation-driven culture at CTMedical Affairs: You oversee and manage medical affairs by ensuring the development and execution of clinical strategies, adherence to regulatory requirements, and effective communication of scientific data to both internal and external stakeholdersCT Management System: You take a leading role in steering and continuously improving the CT management systemReporting: You will directly report to the Head of Business Line

Your qualifications and experience:You hold a university degree in engineering, medical engineering, medical process management or a relevant field. An advanced degree is preferredYou have several years of experience in strategy development and implementation within the healthcare or technology sectorYou possess a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs and insight into relevant clinical workflows, such as diagnostic imagingIdeally, you are familiar with regulatory requirements in the medical fieldYou have a proven track record in product and / or project management
