Your tasks and responsibilities:You lead and inspire our global team of cash & foreign exchange (FX) management experts and team heads, nurturing their growth and encouraging collaboration to achieve shared goals.You support the business by taking ownership of developing and implementing our global cash & FX management strategy, aligning it with Siemens Healthineers’ mission and values.You are the governance owner for the company wide cash & FX management and assist the Siemens Healthineers finance & sales communities with guidance and training.You collaborate closely with a variety of internal stakeholders with the aim that all cash & FX management processes are compliant and operate smoothly.You engage with the international treasury community about technological & financial market developments and trends, keeping Siemens Healthineers cash & FX management solutions, systems and processes innovative and effective.You lead global negotiations with banks and other service providers related to cash & FX management agreements and fees, focusing on building strong relationships based on mutual benefit.You ensure the integrity of the books & records of the global Siemens Healthineers cash & FX management transactions, which includes an effective risk management and internal control system.You promote the Siemens Healthineers’ values by developing your teams, with a strong focus on diversity, inclusion, and succession planning.You champion digital transformation initiatives within the treasury function, enhancing productivity and cost effectiveness.

Your qualifications and experience:You hold a university degree in Business Administration, (Corporate) Finance, Economics, or a related field.You have gained a minimum of 15 years of international work experience in cash/FX management in either a multinational corporation or a bank (on operational as well as strategic level). You have a proven history in successfully leading and inspiring diverse, multicultural, and virtual teams, creating an environment where everyone can thrive.You bring a strong understanding of various cash/FX management, hedging and financial markets risk management strategies. Your expertise in process development and system implementation, along with a solid grasp of treasury mechanics and global payment systems, will contribute to our success.You are well connected within the international Treasury community, in particular in cash/FX management, and you believe in the power of collaboration and shared knowledge.With experience in emerging technologies like AI and big data, you are eager to embrace new tools and expand your technological skills, driving innovation within the team.You are fluent in English and have a good command of German; additional languages are a plus, as we value diverse perspectives and communication styles.
