Live-in Head Housekeeper - Nr Skipton North Yorkshire - Live In 3 bed accommodation - £40,000 to £45,000 GPA

A rural estate in North Yorkshire, consisting of an 11-bedroom private household that includes a pool, gym and tennis courts, is looking for a Housekeeper to run their home. This home is the primary residence to two Principals and their two dogs.

Candidates must have previous experience in a similar Head Housekeeper role - 2/3 years min experience in a similar role

Your main duties will be:

Managing the household as a whole Hands-on housekeeping and laundry duties. Experience with high end fabrics and designer items essential Weekly food shopping and liaising with Garden Team re in-house produce Stocking of freezer/larder Manage and work with other Household staff Main point of contact for both Principals for all house related matters Running errands Basic flower arrangements Notifying Maintenance Officer of all repairs Assisting with the organising of dinners and events – service experience desirable Overseeing security/access of the property Out of hours dog care required when Principals not in residence to be split on rota with other members of staff. Occasionally cover dog walking when Dog Walker takes leave Very occasional driving duties – airport/train station

Excellent references and Enhanced DBS check required

Live In Full Time Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30, 42.5 hours 

Salary: £40k-£45k DOE

Three-bedroom large semi-detached house with garage and large garden - utility bills to be paid by the employee
