Job Description

Your role:

Accountable to secure connect between business and functional leadership in the region and global IT for process and IT related concerns.Accountable for stakeholder engagement with business and function leadership to define IT strategy (in consultation with Group IT strategy) in alignment with strategic business objectives.Accountable for IT strategic planning process in Greater China (HK, Taiwan, Mainland China) to understand priorities and relate to available or required IT enablers; represent the assigned scope in global (IT) programs and roadmaps to ensure fit for purpose.Drive qualification and quantification for GRC requirements, present and defend towards ExCo and have the courageous conversations with the China Key stakeholders. Align/converge towards consolidated planning of prioritized investments, which are resourced-to-win in business and IT.Accountable to secure capability exploration & execution of initiatives with broader community (Business and Group IT).Oversee all programs with impact on China and directly lead or coach IT streams and dependencies in their execution, deliver through IT platforms incl drive related business readiness.Accountable for continuous improvement of IT enabled processes incl high quality data as well as change management for adoption and adherence in the business community by securing strong collaboration with business and function owners.End to End Operational accountable for IT and manage local IT teams in whole China region across all the 16 locations in GCR.Provide insights of new technology developments and advice on how this can impact/contribute the business strategy.Accountable for IT for business continuity including escalation management and mitigated business impact by collaborating with involved global and regional leaders in business/function.

Knowledge at Master level in IT domain or comparable degree, MBA is a plusAbility to influences strategy and policy makingStrong Communication and Negation skills requiredAbility to coach and lead high performing work teamsDetailed knowledge of company allows for innovative IT concepts and promoting new ideas15 years of related work experience in ITRequires in-depth knowledge of IT methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and peopleRequires proven track record in similar engagements with like sized to Philips Business and IT OrganizationsExperience in staffing, budgeting and managing expensesRequires in-depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company’s goals.
