Coach will follow all NCAA compliance rules and report to Assistant Director of Athletics Compliance and Student Athlete Services, the Director of Athletics, and The Associate VP of Student Affairs and Athletics. Coach will be responsible for establishing good working relationships and willing to help out with departmental needs. Coach will need to maintain a competitive program and good retention along with continuously bringing in new recruits. Additionally will serve as the Aquatic Director responsible for provide external revenue through programming such as swim lessons and managing relationships with outside entities that utilize the pool.

Oversees all aspects of a sports program. Recruits athletes, mentors athletes, fosters athletic, emotional, and academic group of student athletes. Oversees sports equipment, practice plans and schedules, skill development, designs coaching strategies. Oversees public and media relations. Coordinates team travel and schedule. Adheres to all rules and regulations. Oversees assistant coaching staff.
