Head of Account Management, Uber Health
**About the Role** Almost 4 million Americans miss healthcare appointments due to transportation issues. Patients are twice as likely to no-show if they're reliant on public transit. The Head of Uber Health Account Management owns the success over a large portfolio of accounts and growing their revenue impact on the business. They create alignment across functional teams and fully understand the levers that drive key performance metrics. They are expected to create operational efficiency amongst their team, set and implement strategic initiatives, and demonstrate strong management and team development capabilities. We're looking for a self starter who forms strong relationships, assesses opportunities, develops informed solutions and delivers measurable results. Have a deep understanding of the way businesses operate, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level. Ability to create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution. Uncover business initiatives and challenges to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business, build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions. Most of all, you're passionate about helping customers achieve their business goals. **What You'll Do:** + Lead a team of account managers and customer success managers across Uber Health + Be accountable to revenue growth targets within our current customer base, holding your team accountable for the inputs and outputs for both short and long-term growth goals + Support your team in negotiations for contract renewals, amendments, and expansions by collaborating with cross-functional teams and owning the discussion with the client + Monitor, evaluate, and develop the performance of individuals on your teams + Collaborate closely with sales operations to analyze results and proactively seek opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs + Work across functions to continually seek new solutions for team efficiency and develop process and system improvements to continually raise the bar of execution + Passionately prioritize the service needs of our customers + Manage any issues that come up in the normal operation of Uber Health **Basic Qualifications** + 3+ years of enterprise management experience + 7+ years of experience with progressive responsibility in account management, business development, strategic partnerships, or solutions sales + Negotiation and deal making experience; demonstrated success of hitting quotas based on revenue growth + Strong team management experience; enthusiastic and motivational leadership established through leading by example for direct reports, peers, and senior leaders across all company functions + Extremely proactive, self-starter with strong project management and execution skills + Bachelor's required **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience working within the U.S. healthcare industry (or similar fields), including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements, etc. + A history of forming and executing partnerships, particularly in different regions and/or healthcare industry verticals + Analytical mindset + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high relationship quotient + Passion for Uber's mission and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment + Experience at a high growth technology compan For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$158,000 per year - USD$176,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$176,000 per year - USD$196,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$176,000 per year - USD$196,000 per year. For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$176,000 per year - USD$196,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
