Head of Agency Sales, Large Customer Sales
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media. + Experience in people management. + Experience working or partnering with Agencies. Preferred qualifications: + MBA or other advanced degree. + Experience building integrated campaigns for global brands and leading teams to achieve results. + Experience with leadership in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes. + Experience with communications or brand planning, media planning, buying, with knowledge across media platforms. + Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance, CTV, AI-powered Video), and the key competitor landscape across traditional and digital brand media advertising. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $195,000-$275,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google (https://careers.google.com/benefits/) . + Build and support long-term relationships with decision makers at Agency to be able to build and carry out long-term digital strategies and optimize their advertising investments, and work together to drive product adoption and growth. + Provide guidance and knowledge to a cross-functional set of Google teams on the dynamics, trends, opportunities, and challenges of agencies and implications for clients. + Create, identify, and execute business partnership opportunities, including leadership of cross-functional teams in the negotiation of media agreements, and set and drive business strategy, business growth, and product adoption for agencies across product categories. + Develop and help drive sales, implementation, and growth to develop and bring thought leadership and transformational ideas to Products based on market feedback and insights. + Manage a team of Agency Leads and Account Managers responsible for driving growth.
