The Head of Agile CoE will be responsible for the Agile model, transformation approach and agile ways of working (agile organization, agile roles & skills, agile methods, agile tools also known as Agile Blueprint) of Allianz Technology globally.
You will work within the organization to define, align the agile roadmap with different stakeholders within the Allianz Group to enable the transformation of the respective areas to generate value. You will define the roadmap for the Agile transformation, identifying also the needs in terms of skill and capabilities.
What you do:
Strategic Planning and execution of the Agile Roadmap in alignment with the stakeholders within Allianz Technology and the Allianz Group Agile Transformation Office (GATO) Leading global agile transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with Allianz Technology's strategic objectives and the Allianz Group initiative on High-Performance-Organization Design and implement measures for agile organizational change, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, reducing waste and increasing automation e.g. through DevOps principles Drive collaboration and communication within the Allianz Technology organization to harmonize agile ways of working enabling seamless interactions between global and local Agile Tribes and Agile Squads Profound experience in strategic methods as Objective & Key Results and Quarterly Business Planning and Review processes, ensuring alignment across different levels achieving business goals as well as transformation objectives Alignment and negotiation with workers council, also being a role model in different events and formats promoting agile practices and mindset Strong ability to navigate organizational dynamics and build strategic relationships Accountable budget coordination and effective talent management (recruiting, allocation, onboarding) Representing the Agile Transformation internally and externally Functioning as resolution instance in case of roadblocks
What you bring:
8-10 years of experience leading global agile transformation initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. Expertise in Agile Roadmap execution, OKRs, and Quarterly Business Planning. Proven experience in designing agile organizational changes, continuous improvement, and implementing DevOps principles. Strong skills in driving collaboration within large technology organizations and harmonizing agile practices globally. Ability to align with workers' councils and promote agile practices. Proven ability to navigate organizational dynamics and build strategic relationships. Experience in budget coordination and talent management (recruiting, allocation, onboarding). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; preferred Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CAL, SAFe).
