The Head of Americas Payroll, Vice President (VP) will be part of the Global Payroll and Time & Attendance Leadership team and will contribute to both the strategic and tactical direction of the organization as a whole. The role leads all regional payroll activities across the payroll cycle in collaboration with global HR process owners and global HR Centers of Excellence.
The Head of Americas Payroll, Vice President (VP) will lead a service-oriented team to deliver payroll for all countries in North, South and Latin America. The Americas payroll environment encompasses a number of high-volume payroll countries on several different cycles and systems utilizing our in-house system, Workday, and through our third party payroll vendors. The position is responsible for leading and driving the continuous improvement of all payroll services. Additionally, this role will ensure tax and legal compliance, as well as ongoing governance of all payroll activities. This role must build and maintain relationships with clients at multiple levels across multiple businesses within the region and globally.

Bachelor’s degree with 10-15 years of relevant experience in Payroll with a major focus on the Americas payrollDemonstrated ability to lead and build great teams and cultures working within region and across the globeDemonstrated ability to build and manage a highly effective risk and control environmentInnately accountable for quality, accuracy and timeliness of results and handling complex issues with a sense of urgencyAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentStrong organizational, time management and prioritization skillsTrack record of strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and third party vendorsLocation of the role:

Salary Range:
$130,000 - $212,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
