In this position, you will ensure the UR and customer needs for pre-sales support, and customer / partner training are complete. These activities include but are not limited to: sales visits, supporting customers and integrators in deploying the cobots, participate in trade shows, and facilitate customer / partner training.
Opportunity Overview
Ensure that the regional Application Engineering team:
Provide technical support and sale enablement to partners (distributors: SI, CSI) and end-users - Provide robotic application support and consultation to partners and end-users
Develop distributors’/end users technical knowledge and abilities with regards to Universal Robots and applications
Support Service 360 activities and case management in accordance with the global service processes.
Exchange knowledge with, and invigorate the global Application Engineering community

Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, advanced degree preferred +10 years successful track record of technical support in the robotics industry Solid technical knowledge and skills of robotics and automation including multiple applications Documented success over multiple years in pre-sales support, post-sales support and training Experience supporting structured sales, plans, budgets, pipeline management +3 years experience managing people on site and/or on the distance Experience managing complex client relationships is required Strong oral communication skills including the ability to de-escalate sensitive situation Business acumen that you can apply in interactions with all levels in the company, from senior management to technical support employees Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
