Head of Asset Management – Americas
**A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)** Review regional performance metrics to assess RE operations and collaborate with the team to align strategies with company goals! Analyze the asset portfolio’s performance, identify areas for improvement, and engage with partners on critical initiatives. Additionally, supervise operational efficiency, implement standard processes, and support the team to foster collaboration and innovation. Reflect on achievements and challenges to plan for efficient performance moving forward! **How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)** + REStrategy Development: Develop and implement asset and property managementstrategies that align with global real estate goals, using market insightsto advise decision-making. + Tenantand Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with tenants and internalcustomers, including senior management, to ensure alignment of assetmanagement strategies with overall business objectives. + PortfolioPerformance Analysis: Analyze the real estate portfolio’s performance,finding opportunities for expansion, consolidation, or optimization, andimplement cost-saving strategies. + SpaceUtilization Optimization: Enable efficient use of office, manufacturing,and warehouse spaces, ensuring effective allocation and management offacilities to support company activities. + BudgetAccountability: Manage budget allocation for asset management, propertyoperations, and maintenance, while tracking savings and ensuring financialoversight. + Complianceand Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal requirements andinternal policies, while identifying potential risks and implementingstrategies to mitigate them. **What You Bring (requirements)** + Bachelor’sdegree or MBA (or equivalent experience) in Real Estate Management or arelated field; flexibility considered based on relevant experience.Certification or specialization in Project Management is a plus. + Experience of 8 to 12 years in CRE Management, esp. asset management, propertymanagement, facilities management &/or project management. + Strongfinancial expertise and budget management skills, with a provenunderstanding of digital transformation and automation.
