The job holder will report to Head of Site Engineering and Maintenance, in our Biologic plant.

Main responsibilities

Develop & implement site automation strategy aligning goals.  Ensure compliance & CSV for OT and Automation systems.  Manage and optimize automation systems' performance.  Lead MES support, ensure operational efficiency.  Implement cybersecurity measures for OT systems.  Apply standards, manage obsolescence, drive innovation.Decide and advise on automation strategy and system selections.Advise upgrades and ensure regulatory compliance.Manage cybersecurity, ensure data integrity measures.Develop SOPs, lead staff training programs.Guide budget allocation and vendor management.Drive standards adoption, define performance metric.Digital maturity score for OT systemsSystem uptime and unplanned downtime percentageAutomation project ROI and cost savingsCompliance rate, security incidents resolution timeTraining completion rate, skill assessment scoresConnectivity level, automation degree across systems

About You

Expertise in Biopharma Automation and Manufacturing systemsStrong knowledge of GMP, GAMP, 21CFR11Project management skills for automation initiativesCybersecurity proficiency in OT/IT convergent environmentsData analytics and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience with Industry 4.0 technologies implementation
