The job holder will report to Head of Site Engineering and Maintenance, in our Biologic plant. **Main responsibilities** + Develop & implement site automation strategy aligning goals. + Ensure compliance & CSV for OT and Automation systems. + Manage and optimize automation systems' performance. + Lead MES support, ensure operational efficiency. + Implement cybersecurity measures for OT systems. + Apply standards, manage obsolescence, drive innovation. + Decide and advise on automation strategy and system selections. + Advise upgrades and ensure regulatory compliance. + Manage cybersecurity, ensure data integrity measures. + Develop SOPs, lead staff training programs. + Guide budget allocation and vendor management. + Drive standards adoption, define performance metric. + Digital maturity score for OT systems + System uptime and unplanned downtime percentage + Automation project ROI and cost savings + Compliance rate, security incidents resolution time + Training completion rate, skill assessment scores + Connectivity level, automation degree across systems **About You** + Expertise in Biopharma Automation and Manufacturing systems + Strong knowledge of GMP, GAMP, 21CFR11 + Project management skills for automation initiatives + Cybersecurity proficiency in OT/IT convergent environments + Data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies + Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies implementation **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
