About this opportunity:

Ericsson is looking for a Head of Business Development, Portfolio, and Strategy Execution for Solution Line Business and Operations Systems (BOS) for Market Area Middle East and Africa (MMEA) as a key leadership role with the MMEA BOS Solution Line.  This role will be reporting to the Head of Service Line BOS for MMEA and will be part of MMEA BOS Leadership team. Role is opened in Türkiye with Egypt and Pakistan as additional target locations. Final location, however, will be assessed across all MMEA countries

 

What you will do:

Lead all aspects of our BOS funnel growth, Pre-sales, Strategic execution initiatives, Customer Success with thought leadership and customer value realization, and Portfolio profitable growth across Software and Services with Hardware as applicable and necessary. Portfolio includes Core Commerce, Orchestration, Monetization, Data & Analytics, BOS Solutions, and Services.Senior People Manager leading a direct team of Domain Sales Managers, Pre-Sale Architects, and Service Delivery professionals with a focus on Sales, Customer Success, Strategy Execution, SW monetization, Services and Operational Transformation Management.Senior People Leader of matrixed Domain Sales Support Managers in CSS CUs.Closely Partners with BOS Global Sales.Partners with matrix organization to drive a culture of upsells and cross sells.Improve our speed in The RFx process with cost effective and optimized responses. Drive BOS deal qualification framework with Delivery Excellence. Set Individual Performance and Development goals for team members in unit.Accountable for MMEA BOS Fixed OpEx with overall leadership to optimize BOS OpEx.Cost Center Responsible with accountability to meet Absorption target and the Utilization/Billability when applicable. Drive overall MMEA BOS Strategic initiatives.Own MMEA BOS Financial Planning, Forecast, Landing, and financial reporting. Manage overall MMEA BOS Utilization and Billability.  Drive knowledge management within the MA and contribute to the global building of assets.Instill a team culture and way of working characterized by proactive and assertive attitude, teamwork focus, strong performance ethics, challenger mindset, high professionalism, and high energy.Be active in positioning BOS in external forums and events to position Ericsson as a world class leader in the area.Participate in interactions with global organizations for all related matters, such roadmap management, new product introduction planning, and localization of product marketing and value creation arguments

 

You will Bring:

12-15+ years of experience in Telecom Software, Systems Integration, ADM and Operations Industry driving Sales and Solutioning with track record to drive funnel and sales growth. University degree in ICT/Engineering. Graduate degree such as an MBA is a plus. Strong People Manager track record leading Senior Team members and leading Leaders.Experience leading in a cross-functional highly matrixed and globally distributed teams.Strong mentor and coaching experience.Subject Matter Expert in Digital Transformation for OSS/BSS portfolio and surrounding Domains. Top notch consultative, presentation, and communication skills
