Purpose of the Role

 

As a Head of Brand, you will enhance Allianz brand equity in the Philippines and lead in crafting the brand experience across all touchpoints and media in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer, Market Management leaders (CX, Analytics, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communications, Activations, Sustainability), other departments, and Allianz Group/regional colleagues.

 

 

Responsibilities of the Role

 

Define and develop overall brand strategy in line with the company’s vision, mission, values, and value proposition. Achieve key metrics in brand equity and awareness across all target audiences (public, customers, partners, and employees) Program-manage the integrated marketing communications (IMC) plan for product launches and align with overall program management plans of Products Team: set over-all SMART targets and priorities, manage budget, deliver collaterals in scope, align with involved departments. Conceptualize and program manage the execution of marketing campaigns, collaterals, and initiatives (e.g., advertising, sponsorships, partnerships) to increase brand equity performance. Develop brand experience in collaboration with Head of CX for corporate events (internal or external), recruitment campaigns, sales rallies, and related activations. Ensure brand standards (with approval authority and audit responsibilities) are consistently applied in Allianz PNB Life offices, agency locations, and partner bank branches. Enforce adherence to brand guidelines and standards on all print and digital media, signages, collaterals, and merchandise. Develop lead generation and conversion campaigns and consult stakeholders on processes in collaboration with distribution (internal and external), operations, and other pillar leads of Market Management. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategy, initiatives, and campaigns in order to set relevant benchmarks. Manage creative agency partners and represent brand in relationships with digital marketing and PR agency partners. Lead Brand team and ensure all KPIs are met as a team and individually.

 

Requirements for the Role

 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in brand management, strategic partnerships, and marketing initiatives, preferably in a multinational organization. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies and managing global partnerships to drive brand growth and impact. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform brand and partnership strategies. Experience leading the development and execution of strategic marketing plans. Brand portfolio and campaign management, and Brand guideline development Adept in technical skills such as multi-channel marketing, analytical thinking, strategic thinking Advance skills in the following: customer focus, communication, negotiation, leadership, decision-making, problem solving, and creative thinking.
