Job DescriptionLead ServiceNow's strategic CXO marketing initiatives targeting Fortune 500 executives. This role will develop and execute highly personalized marketing programs that drive awareness and engagement with C-suite decision-makers, ultimately supporting ServiceNow's enterprise growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement ultra-targeted marketing strategies for a carefully curated portfolio of 250 strategic CXO relationships across Fortune 500 accounts, with emphasis on personalized touchpoints and executive-specific value propositionsLead a specialized team of marketing professionals focused on developing and executing bespoke executive engagement programs, including 1:1 content development and personalized thought leadership campaignsCreate compelling thought leadership content and experiences that resonate with specific C-suite personas (CEO, CIO, COO, CHRO), incorporating individual executives' published viewpoints, strategic initiatives, and business challengesOrchestrate highly customized, multi-channel campaigns leveraging invitation-only digital experiences, exclusive executive events, and white-glove direct marketing approachesDevelop and maintain detailed executive personas and engagement preferences for target CXOs, ensuring all interactions are relevant and valuable to their specific business contextDrive sophisticated measurement and optimization of executive marketing programs, including detailed engagement tracking and influence mapping at the individual executive levelCollaborate with key technology partners on carefully selected joint executive marketing initiatives that align with target executives' strategic prioritiesDevelop sophisticated narrative frameworks that connect ServiceNow's value proposition to specific C-suite priorities, industry dynamics, and individual executive agendasShape and deliver executive-level communications that demonstrate deep understanding of each target executive's business challenges, strategic initiatives, and industry positionCreate and maintain detailed executive engagement playbooks for each C-suite persona, incorporating industry-specific insights and individual executive preferencesQualifications12+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years focused on executive-level marketingProven track record leading CXO marketing programs at enterprise software companiesStrong understanding of enterprise digital transformation, IT strategy, and business technology trendsExperience managing and developing high-performing marketing teamsExceptional communication and storytelling abilitiesDeep knowledge of modern marketing technologies and measurement approachesOutstanding executive presence and ability to engage credibly with C-suite leadersDemonstrated ability to craft and articulate compelling strategic narrativesExperience with account-based marketing (ABM) programsHistory of successful partnership with sales organizations

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $207,100 - $372,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
