Margin trading services covering FX and securities, and investment financing service provides extra liquidity and purchasing power to cater for investment needs from sophisticated investors.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our department as Head of Capital Markets.Principal responsibilities:• Lead the growth strategy and transformation of the wealth business; integrate customer wealth products and services into a holistic value proposition and drive competitive business performance• Build, expand and maintain a competitive offering of capital markets solutions that may emerge across customer continuum as a key building block and contributor of Hang Seng wealth and retail proposition• Work closely with CIO and other capability owners to define and make available the most suitable managed solutions/strategies under different market scenarios for a satisfactory customer wealth journey• Design and champion creation of a robust, ethical, and future-proofed business product development and strategy approach to ensure business sustainability• Understand client and customer needs and integrate that into strategic, tactical, and operational solutions and processes. Identify and develop value added services to excite and delight clients• Lead the team to develop strong business focus and sound knowledge of business models for Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) businesses and make informed decisions across WPB initiatives
