Kforce has a client that is seeking a Head of Carrier Partnerships in Miami, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for customer relationship, revenue growth, and expansion of product usage
* Effectively manage several Tier-1 wireless carrier and service provider accounts
* Facilitate and drive all customer meetings on a regular cadence and lead all MBR/QBRs
* Manage customer escalations, facilitate both internal and external communication on issues; Expected to manage sensitive communication with the customer
* Responsible for in-depth customer knowledge - includes details on strategy, operations, market trends, as well as customer priorities
* Be knowledgeable on all company products to be able to effectively speak to clients about product suite and offerings
* Manage business cases with CEO and finance team and present to the customer
* Maintain a solid understanding of macro trends affecting the business
* Monitor KPIs on a daily and weekly basis across all partners
* Responsible for creating the strategy on upsells and growth on accounts
* Assist in annual Planning to ensure our strategic objectives and initiatives support and map to revenue targets
* Execute daily Account Management tasks to ensure customer needs are being met
* Attend key internal meetings to provide updates on accounts
* Respond to frequent demands of multiple customers - both internal and external
* Identify and leverage carrier opportunities to promote the company's app, including individual marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns
* Work with Marketing Director to Collaborate with carriers to develop and execute tailored marketing strategies that drive user engagement and app adoption
* Serve as the primary point of contact and escalate critical customer issues and demands internally to the Product/Technical teams for resolution
